about me<sup>Finlay Ellis is a Southern UK based composer, who grew up inspired by incredible electronic music such as Rei Harakami, YMO, FreeTEMPO, and other works from composers such as Ryuichi Sakamoto and Daniel Lopatin.

He is an accomplished guitarist with great technical ability which he incorporates into his synth derived compositions. His main genres are Synthpop and Ambient, but is able to produce music of all kinds to a professional level. He is self-taught, and now puts his talent into short film, game, documentary, and advertising projects which require a certain thing that only he can deliver.

Finlay has released a collection of albums, and other personal work on spotify and all other major streaming platforms, and through this showcases not just a motivation for film/game/tv composition but also as a performer and artist in his own right.</sup>
